Privacy policy

The short version: Fit PDF does not collect, store or share any information about you. Your photos and files are processed on your phone and never sent to us.
Your photos and files
When you choose or share photos into Fit PDF, the app reads them on your device to make the file you asked for. Photos and finished files are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Finished files are kept in the app's temporary storage until you share or save them and are cleared when you start a new file. Location, camera and other hidden details are removed from every file the app makes.
No accounts, ads or tracking
There is no sign-in. The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services and does not track you across apps or websites.
What stays on your phone
The app saves your rule cards, the name you type for file names, an unsent feedback draft, and whether you have unlocked the full app. These stay on your device and are deleted when you delete the app.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They handle payment under their own privacy policies; we never see your payment details. The app asks your store whether the unlock was bought so it can turn it on and restore it.
Rule links
A shared rule card is stored inside the link itself, after the # sign, which browsers do not send to web servers. When someone opens a rule link in a browser, this website reads the rule on their device. Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) may keep standard request logs, such as IP addresses, for security. We do not use cookies.
Feedback and support email
If you report a bug or request a feature, the app writes a draft in your own email app. You see everything in it before you choose to send it. The draft includes the app version and, only if you leave those options on, your phone model and system version and the rule you were using. It never attaches photos or files. If you send it, we use your email only to reply and to fix the problem, and we do not share it.
Children
Fit PDF is suitable for students. Because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
